Prices

Return right

If the commodity should not expect again your expectations correspond, send back us within 14 days the article. Food is impossible because of legal reasons from the conversion. From the conversion are also expressly excluded all plant materials (Ethnobotanical) and as well as Mycel (mushroom products). The customer receives a credit note after return the product to us.

Payment

Within 14 days after accounting without each departure. Supplies take place by cash on delivery (only Austria), orders outside from Austria pay by check/money order. For the case of the delay of payment you commit yourselves to substitution of all costs, expenses and bar displays, which result to us from the appropriate pursuit of our requirements from this contractual relation. We are entitled to stress reminding expenses and interests. In the consequence a debt collecting agency is placed but handling charges in calculation. To the costs and expenditures also all according to tariff costs out of court of a licensed collection agency and the according to tariff costs of an attorney belong to the payment of bill. Retention of title

All supplied goods remain up to the complete payment our property.

The guarantee, the warranty

We carry out in the context of the legal regulations. Warranty guarantee is our bill. The guarantee period amounts to 12 months, if by the manufacturer a longer running time is not indicated.
